logo-sswdSacramento Suburban Water District has a job opening for a Customer Service Representative I/II. Customer Service Representatives perform a variety of functions in conducting administrative and business functions for the District, including receiving and processing service requests and payments, and receiving and resolving complaints and questions concerning the delivery of services and status of accounts. Individuals may qualify for the Customer Service II level with additional experience and/or completion of promotional requirements. Benefits package includes CalPERS retirement under PEPRA and fully-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance; voluntary deferred compensation and flexible benefit plans; educational reimbursement program; and paid vacation and holidays.
